1. OBJECT

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GCS") define the conditions applicable to reservations and the use of the services offered by PAN, a virtual shooting bar located at 6 rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris, operated by Pan Bar, SAS with capital of 111, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 929 731 362 RCS Creteil.
Any reservation or participation in PAN activities implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. RESERVATION & CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

2.1 Reservation

Reservations for a play area can be made online at [www.pan.com], by telephone or on site, subject to availability.
Any reservation is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
Changes are possible at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of the session, but no refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.

2.2 Conditions of access

Access to the bar is authorized for all adults.
Access to the play areas is reserved for persons aged 16 and over, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
For group bookings (stag parties, teambuilding, seminars), a contact person must be designated to manage the team.

2.3 Delay & No-show

Any arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the reservation without the possibility of postponement or refund.
In case of no-show, no refund or credit will be given.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1 Prices

The price of shooting sessions starts at €20 per person, subject to change at any time.
The prices of drinks and food are indicated on the menu available on site.

3.2 Terms of payment

Payment is made by credit card, cash or other means accepted on site.
All online reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card or any other method offered at the time of payment.

4. SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 Safety & supervision

Each participant must respect the safety instructions communicated before each session by the PAN team.
Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
The PAN team reserves the right to refuse access to any person deemed unfit to participate for security reasons.

4.2 Responsibility of participants

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or premises.
PAN declines all responsibility in the event of an accident linked to improper use of the facilities.
PAN cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & IMAGE RIGHTS

5.1 Use of images & videos

Photos and videos may be taken in the establishment for promotional purposes.
If a customer does not wish to appear in these images, they must inform staff upon arrival.

6. MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION BY PAN

6.1 Cancellation due to force majeure

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (technical problem, weather conditions, administrative decision), the reservation may be postponed or a credit note will be offered.

6.2 Right to refuse a reservation

PAN reserves the right to refuse a reservation or access to the bar in the event of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with the establishment's rules.

7. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
